The state of New Mexico is heading in a "Green" direction. PNM is continuing with their "Blue Skies" program which offers electricity through wind power. The state is also sanctioning more wind turbines to be built and a clean coal facility is in the works. In Bernalillo County, new home builders are offering "Green" housing, which will focus on home being more "energy efficient." What are your thoughts about New Mexico trying to pave the way for other states, being the "Green" state?
